About the scholarship
The Frances Briggs Memorial Prizes in Plant Sciences were established in 1960 by the late Mrs E G C Briggs in memory of her late daughter. The main purpose of the Prizes is to enable promising students in the Plant Sciences to complete their studies at the University of Auckland.
