About the scholarship
For school-leavers planning to enrol in a LLB or LLB conjoint at the University of Auckland.
The Scholarships were established in 2012 by the Dean of the Faculty of Law and are funded by the Faculty.
The main purpose of the Scholarships is to encourage and support high achieving school leavers to pursue law studies at the University of Auckland.

Scholarship applications will usually open around six weeks before the closing date. Please read the regulations carefully to be sure you are eligible before you apply.

Entry requirements
The Scholarships will be tenable by students who enrol and pay the fees, or arrange to pay the fees, for full-time enrolment in the first year of study for the Degree of Bachelor of Laws or Bachelor of Laws conjoint at the University of Auckland. The Scholarships will be offered to students who are New Zealand citizens or permanent residents of over two years standing, currently in Year 13 at a New Zealand secondary school and intending to enrol in a full-time degree programme at the University of Auckland in the following year (See Note I).
