Entry requirements
'- To take up and be paid the Scholarship, the awardee must have paid the fees, or arranged to pay the fees, for fulltime enrolment in a postgraduate programme in Dance Studies at the University of Auckland, and be undertaking research in a topic related to dance within diverse social groups.
- The Scholarship is tenable by citizens and permanent residents of New Zealand and by international students of Pacific Island ancestry.
- The basis of selection will be academic merit assessed as a Scholarships grade point average (GPA) or grade point equivalent (GPE) obtained over the applicant’s most recent two years of full-time graded study (or equivalent), the quality of the research proposal, and community and education engagement. Preference will be given to students with demonstrated financial need. A minimum GPA/GPE of 6.00 (5.50 for Maori or Pacific candidates) is required for scholarship consideration.
