How To Apply

Scholarship applications will usually open around six weeks before the closing date. Please read the regulations carefully to be sure you are eligible before you apply.

Entry requirements

'- The Scholarship is open to students who have paid the fees or arranged to pay fees for full-time study in a BFA, BFA(Hons), PGDipFA or MFA at The University of Auckland. The objective of the award is to provide financial assistance to someone continuing his or her studies. Past recipients of this Scholarship are not eligible to apply again.

  • One Scholarship will normally be awarded annually. In the instance that the selection committee decide that more than one student should be awarded the prize, then the monies will be divided accordingly. The value of the Scholarship is up to $10,000 and is to be paid to the winning student(s) in the year awarded.
  • The Scholarship is only tenable by a student who is a citizen or permanent resident of New Zealand.
