About the scholarship
The Drake Prize was established in 2010 by the School of Music to honour the work of Associate Professor Warren Drake, a distinguished senior academic staff member at the School of Music for more than 40 years. The Prize is awarded each year to a senior student in the Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Music (Hons), PG Dip Music or Master of Music for the best musicology essay of the year.
