About the scholarship
A Scholarship to support students enrolled in Stage III courses or an honours programme in Economics. The Scholarships were founded in 1954 by Mr A G Fogerty as a memorial to his son Flying-Officer Alfred P Fogerty who was killed in World War II and had graduated as Master of Commerce at Auckland in 1939. The purpose of the Scholarships is to assist students to pursue to best advantage the study of Economics.
