The Prize will be awarded to the student enrolled in Part IV, V or VI of an MBChB degree who submitted the best case report and discussion based on a patient, or patients, with a clinical problem in the field of diabetes or metabolic medicine, seen during a clinical attachment at the South Auckland Clinical Campus or at a General Practice in the Counties Manukau District Health Board area (see Notes I-III). Only case reports for patients seen in the current academic year will be eligible.
