About the scholarship
A Scholarship to assist BE(Hons) Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering students with tuition fees. Established in 2005 as a successor to the ‘First Look’ scholarship scheme, financed by Fraser Thomas, to support students specializing in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
How To Apply
The Scholarship may be awarded to a student who is enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (BE(Hons)) degree in Civil Engineering. Preference will be given to students who have an interest in and intend to take up a career in civil infrastructure and/or structural engineering. Conjoint students are not eligible to apply. The Scholarship is tenable by citizens or permanent residents of New Zealand. A minimum GPA of 5.00 is required for consideration for the Scholarship.

Entry requirements
