You do not need to apply for this scholarship, award or prize or complete an online application form. It is awarded on the recommendation of the relevant faculty or University of Auckland committee.

Entry requirements
The Prize will be awarded to the student enrolled in a Master of Law, Master of Legal Studies, Postgraduate Certificate in Law or a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree who has achieved the highest overall mark in LAWPUBL 725 Privacy Law in the year of offer. In the event that LAWPUBL 725 Privacy Law is not offered in any year, the prize shall be awarded, subject to the donor’s approval, to the student achieving the highest overall mark in LAWCOMM 746 Data Privacy and the Law.
