About the scholarship
This Scholarship commemorates the contribution made to the University of Auckland and to the study of New Zealand history by Professor Sir Keith Sinclair. It was funded by donations on the part of those who honoured him and his work. The main purpose of the Scholarship is to encourage and support a New Zealand PhD student enrolled in the Faculty of Arts and Education at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland to undertake research in the History of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Entry requirements
Must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident enrolled in a PhD program in the History of Aotearoa New Zealand.
