About the scholarship
The Prize is to be established in the year 2007 and will be financed from funds provided by the law firm Wilson Harle of Auckland.
The main purpose of the Prize is to recognise and encourage excellence in the study of Commercial Law at The University of Auckland.

Entry requirements
The Prize will be awarded annually to the student enrolled for LLB or LLB(Hons) who achieves the highest mark in LAWCOMM 401 Commercial Law.
