Don Linklater Memorial University Bursary

To be eligible you must be planning to study at a New Zealand university full-time in one of the following fields: Resource Management, river and drainage engineering and environmental planning. Your study may be at undergraduate or postgraduate level and you can be enrolled either internally or extramurally. You must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident and live in Horizons region (even if your studies take you outside of the region). The region includes the Ruapehu, Rangitikei, Wanganui, Manawatu, Palmerston North, Tararua and Horowhenua districts.
