About the scholarship
An Award for the student enrolled in the first year of a PhD or DClinPsy who achieved the highest mark in PSYCH 708 in the previous year. The Award was established in 2003 in honour and memory of Doctor Dorothy Gronwall (1931-2001), who was a University of Auckland PhD student, the first practicing clinical neuropsychologist in New Zealand and an internationally renowned research scientist in the area of neuropsychological consequences of traumatic brain injury. The Clinical Neuropsychology course at the University of Auckland was established by Dr Gronwall.
