About the scholarship
The Faculty of Arts and Education offers a limited number of scholarships each year for doctoral candidates. Selection is based on the applicant's track record, potential for success, and the quality and viability of the proposed research project. The faculty aims to nurture outstanding research talent and support innovative research aligned with strategic priorities.
Entry requirements
Applicants must indicate their wish to be considered for a University of Auckland Doctoral Scholarship in their application. They must also contact proposed supervisors well in advance of the closing date for applications. A separate application for a scholarship is not required.
