About the scholarship
The James Henry Scholarship is open to candidates enrolled in an Arts, Science, Medicine, or Law programme, and whose homes are in the Southland District. Established by a bequest from the late Rev. James Henry, this scholarship aims to support students from the Southland District pursuing higher education at the University of Otago.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be enrolled in an Arts, Science, Medicine, or Law programme and have their homes in the Southland District. Awards are made based on academic results from a student's Year 13 of secondary school.
