About the scholarship
Established in 2024 by the University of Otago in collaboration with Dr Mai Chen, this award recognizes innovative legal thinking and is granted to the student who produces the most innovative piece of legal writing.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or New Zealand Residence Class Visa Holders, enrolled in the LLM or LLB(Hons) programme, or in any LAWS300 or LAWS400 paper, and have completed an original piece of legal writing.
