About the scholarship
Established from a bequest from J. Waddell Smith in 1934. This scholarship supports education students obtaining their first research Master's or Doctoral qualification.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be an education student, obtaining their first research Master's or Doctoral qualification, and must be a domestic student. This scholarship may be held concurrently with other University of Otago postgraduate scholarships.
