About the scholarship
A Prize for the most meritorious Masters thesis or research essay in Sociology or Criminology. This Prize was established in 1988 to commemorate the life and work of the late Roger Oppenheim, Senior Lecturer in Sociology. His family, friends, colleagues and students donated the funds which support the awards.
