About the scholarship
The Maurice and Phyllis Paykel Trust PhD Research Travel Award was established in 2018. They aim to support final year PhD students studying at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland with costs of travel for research in a medical-related field. This is primarily for travel to scientific meetings but could also include a visit to a research collaborator or research centre.
Entry requirements
Must be a final year PhD student, who is a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident. Please read the regulations carefully to be sure you are eligible to apply. Outcomes are determined by a selection committee and are usually notified around eight weeks after the closing date.
