About the scholarship
An Award to recognise the GradDipTchg(Primary) student who achieved the best all round performance in the first practicum placement. The Award was established in 2019 and is funded by Tony Ward and Kirsten Hunter, both graduates of the University of Auckland, in memory of their fathers. The main purpose of the Award is to support a student who aspires to a career in teaching.
Entry requirements
No application required; awarded on the recommendation of the relevant faculty or University of Auckland committee.
