About the scholarship
A $7,000 Scholarship to support a domestic or international student enrolled full-time in a BE(Hons) or BE(Hons) conjoint degree. The Scholarship was established in 2024 and is funded by Alex Tan, an alumnus of the Faculty of Engineering and Design at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland. The main purpose of the Scholarship is to reward and recognise academic achievement and to relieve financial pressures and allow the student to focus on their studies and recognise their potential.
