Dissertation research projects require a high degree of independent work on a complex topic, and provide individual students the opportunity to excel in a research project of their choice. While most Forest Engineering dissertation projects make valuable contributions to our knowledge base, this prize is intended to recognise the top achiever in each year. It was first awarded in 2015.
