Campuses
Main Campus
The University's main campus is located in Ilam, a suburb of Christchurch about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) from the centre of the city. Adjacent to the main campus stands the University's College of Education, with its own sports-fields and grounds. The University maintains three libraries, with the Central Library located in the tallest building on campus, the 11-storey Puaka-James Hight building.
Nelson Centre
The UC Nelson Centre is situated at the Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology (NMIT) Nelson Campus and offers the Bachelor of Teaching and Learning (Primary).
