This scholarship is to support research by postgraduate students at Te Whare W?nanga o Waitaha | University of Canterbury on topics related to ageing.Value/Benefits: Financial assistance at a value of $6,000. Level of Study: Master's (by research); Doctoral Closing Date: 11:59 pm (NZT) 31 October (Applications open approximately 8 weeks before this date) Tenure: One year Number Available Annually: Two Applicable Enrolment During Tenure: Master?s or doctoral programme with research on a topic related to ageing. Citizenship/Residency Requirements: Preference is given to those who are citizens of Aotearoa New Zealand or holders of Aotearoa New Zealand residence class visas. The scholarship replaced the HOPE-Selwyn Foundation Scholarship in Ageing Research: University of Canterbury, which the Foundation had established in 2014. The Foundation is a registered charitable trust established in 1996 to assist the funding of research and education essential to the health and welfare of older people in Aotearoa New Zealand.This scholarship is to support research by postgraduate students at the University of Canterbury on topics related to ageing.
