About the scholarship

This scholarship supports postgraduate students in Arts, Business, and Law at the University of Canterbury.Value/Benefits: Financial assistance with the costs associated with university study, to a value of $1,500 Level of Study: Honours; Master's Closing Date: 11:59 pm (NZT) 1 November Tenure: One year Number Available Annually: At least one Applicable Enrolment During Tenure: Must be enrolled at the University of Canterbury, full-time or part-time, in a programme for one of the following:An Honours degree in the College of Arts or in the UC Business SchoolA Master?s degree in the College of Arts, the UC Business School, or the School of LawCitizenship/Residency Requirements: Must be a citizen of New Zealand, or hold a New Zealand residence class visa For more information please read the regulations, click here.Applicants must be graduates of the University or completing a programme, in the year of application, that would qualify them to graduate from the University.The scholarship was established in 2018 to replace the Graduates Association Scholarship, which the University of Canterbury Association Incorporated had established in 1984 as a result of donations of debentures held by members of a club that the Association had founded: the University Club (1965?1981).The scholarship supports postgraduate students in Arts, Business, and Law at the University of Canterbury.
