Here’s an overview of our Accelerated Pathways: Duration - 7 months

Part 1 - Rea Academy 15 weeks - part-time, virtual study from anywhere, after hours - 12-15 hours per week (Tue-Thurs 7-9pm live-online)

Part 2 - Cadetship onsite with a tier one employer, 3 months - full-time, paid at the living wage ($22.75)

Full-time employment - after graduation from the cadetship - you have a job! Likely salary $50 - 60K+

Administration fee: $250 to secure your place & pay nothing until you start earning $50k+, then monthly payments on your 0% interest loan over 2 years.
