Here’s an overview of our Accelerated Pathways:

• Duration - 7 months 
• Part 1 - Rea Academy 15 weeks - part-time, virtual study from anywhere, after hours - 12-15 hours per week (Tue-Thurs 7-9pm live-online)
• Part 2 - Cadetship onsite with a tier one employer:  3 months - full-time, paid at the living wage ($22.75)
• Full-time employment - after graduation from the cadetship - you have a job! Likely salary $50 - 60K+
• Administration fee: $250 to secure your place & pay nothing until you start earning $50k+, then monthly payments on your 0% interest loan over 2 years
• Scholarships for Māori & Pasifika learners; if awarded, your tuition is covered & you pay nothing even when you start earning.
