About the scholarship
A Scholarship of up to $4,500 for undergraduate study in Computer Science, Information and Technology Management, Information Systems or Software Engineering.The Scholarship was established in 2000 and is financed by Kiwiplan, an IT (Information Technology) company, specialising in computer systems for the paper packaging industry.The main purpose of the Scholarship is to provide support for Computer Science, Information Systems, and Software Engineering students in their final year of study.

Scholarship applications will usually open around six weeks before the closing date. Please read the regulations carefully to be sure you are eligible before you apply.

Entry requirements
The Scholarship may be offered to students who are currently enrolled in Stage II of a Bachelor of Science or Year Three of a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) in Computer Science or Information and Technology Management; Stage II of a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems; or Part III of a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Software Engineering; for use in their studies in the following year.
