About the scholarship
To provide financial assistance to undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Faculty of Engineering who are New Zealand citizens and permanent residents.
The Bill Miller Engineering Award was established in 2011 and is funded from an endowed gift by the Bill Miller Trust.
The main purpose of the Award is to provide support for academically able students enrolling full time in the Faculty of Engineering who have demonstrated need for financial assistance.

Scholarship applications will usually open around six weeks before the closing date. Please read the regulations carefully to be sure you are eligible before you apply.

Entry requirements
The Award may be made to students who have paid fees, or arranged to pay the fees, for full-time enrolment in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme within the Faculty of Engineering. The Award is tenable by students who are citizens or permanent residents of New Zealand.
