About the scholarship
A $7,500 Scholarship for a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident currently enrolled in Part III of a BE(Hons) or BE(Hons) conjoint degree in Civil Engineering for use in their Part IV year of study.
The Scholarship was established in 2007 and is funded by Stantec (formerly known as TDG or Traffic Design Group Ltd).
The main purpose of the Scholarship is to assist and encourage Part IV undergraduate students studying transportation engineering.

Entry requirements
The Scholarship will be awarded to a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) candidate who has paid the fees, or arranged to pay the fees, for full-time enrolment in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and is enrolled in the relevant transportation engineering papers in Part III of the degree course in the year preceding the award. The Scholarship will be offered to a Part III student for use in their Part IV year of study towards a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree or conjoint degree in Civil Engineering. The Scholarship is tenable by students who are citizens or permanent residents of New Zealand.
