About the provider
Graduate Women New Zealand was formed in 1921. Our purpose is to empower women through education. GWNZ offers national and branch (local) scholarships for women at various levels of study and/ or research.
National scholarships include:
- GWNZ Fellowships for women to do doctoral study at a tertiary institution in New Zealand or overseas.
- GWNZ Harriette Jenkins Scholarship for short term research. Valued at $5,000 these awards are for GWNZ members only.
- GWNZ Susan Byrne Memorial Scholarship. To assist mature women graduates to change career.
The GWNZ scholarship site open 1st April and closes 31 May
