Our Curriculum
The Endeavour curriculum will be stimulating, relevant and engaging. Students will understand the purpose for their learning and where possible an authentic audience will be able to respond to what is learnt. Mathematics and Literacy are acknowledged as priority learning areas. All learners will be challenged in their learning by learning to solve new problems, think differently about their learning and be extended to reach their potential academically, socially and emotionally.
At Endeavour School we aim to make students future ready. As none of us know exactly what opportunities the future could hold for each individual child we prepare students the best way we can. This is by helping them to develop skills that can assist them to navigate and adapt to life circumstances.
We foster the development of our Endeavour values, encouraging students to become engaged Explorers, Thinkers, and Citizens—collectively referred to as ETCs. Explorers are self-motivated learners who thrive on investigation and discovery; Thinkers actively seek knowledge, ask questions, and engage in critical thinking; and Citizens interact thoughtfully with their peers, environment, and community. Each Learning Community tailors support for these skills while focusing on key curriculum areas, utilizing inquiry-based learning to enhance student ownership and decision-making in their educational journey.
Innovative Learning Environment:
Spacious, modern learning hubs designed to inspire and engage. Our purpose built Innovative Learning Environments allow for children to develop skills for their future. Skills such as collaboration, problem solving and ubiquitous learning (learning that happens anywhere, anytime). Our spaces allow for team teaching which means a group of teachers work together utilising their strengths to plan what learning is best suited to your child. Our collaborative approach to teaching and learning means our children are able to learn without limits. Limitless learning occurs when students are not bound by time, space or people. Learners think, question, challenge, seek wonder and create new meanings about their world.
