Develop your hospitality expertise to co-ordinate and plan the operational aspects of running a food and beverage service and front office.
A bachelor's degree in any field excluding hospitality management. Alternative Requirements Level 6 or 7 Diploma and relevant work and/or life experience (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) or Evidence of equivalent practical, professional or educational experience e.g. 3 - 5 years full time work experience relevant to business studies Additional Requirements IELTS 6.0 Academic (no lower than 6.0 in any subtest). Note: Students who have achieved NCEA Level 3 University Entrance requirements are not required to provide evidence of English Language Skills. English Requirements If English is not your first language you are also required to provide evidence of your English language skills as listed below. Refer also to the Acceptable Alternatives Chart which includes credits in English-rich subjects from New Zealand educational institutions. If you have no evidence of your English language skills and are a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, contact us for an assessment.
