Postgraduate Diploma in Sport Science

This postgraduate diploma allows students to develop their expertise in sport science and health industries.

The one-year Sport Science diploma can lead to career pathways in high performance sport, non-clinical health, or fast-track careers of existing professionals in those industries.

Postgraduate certificates and diplomas require a relevant bachelor's degree. If you gained your qualifications overseas, these will need to be assessed to ensure they are of an equivalent standard.

You should have completed a sport and/or science-related New Zealand degree, or equivalent, and normally should have achieved at least a B average in 300-level courses in this degree.

You are also required to meet UC's English language requirements.
