About the course

Graduates will have substantial depth of seafood processing knowledge, be confident and competent in core practical skills required for seafood processing, have the ability to utilise practical skills in an industry context with supervision, and be qualified to enter into higher education in the seafood processing industry.

Entry requirements

No minimum academic requirements. Applicants must be employed in the fish processing industry, or potential employees within the fishing industry.. IELTS 5.0 (with no band less than 4.5) or equivalent for applicants with English as a second language.
