They should be well positioned to provide innovative solutions to water management problems and to coordinate, adapt and manage water use, allocation, monitoring, protection and planning processes.

Applicants need to have qualified for the Postgraduate Diploma in Water Resource Management or have a Bachelor's degree in an equivalent area.
