About the course
Strengthen your professional leadership practice with a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership. The PGDipEdLd at UC is for existing teachers, middle and senior education leaders, aspiring principals, learning support professionals, and other education practitioners looking to enhance their leadership knowledge and understanding of leadership theory.
Through a combination of online and in-person study, you will examine and critique leadership and management frameworks, ethical principles, and organisational structures, enabling you to design and implement sustainable change initiatives for complex organisational challenges in education.
Become an ethical, socially just education leader with the skills to strengthen educational communities and promote equitable learning outcomes.
Entry requirements
To apply to the Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership, you will need to hold an Aotearoa New Zealand bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline with at least a B grade point average (or equivalent qualifications).
