About the course
If you already hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/prior study, the Graduate Certificate in Project Management provides a recognised qualification (similar to a subject minor). This programme provides a comprehensive exploration of contemporary project management practice. Through courses focused on project delivery, business case development, innovation, and crisis management, learners build the capability to plan, justify, adapt, and lead projects in diverse organisational contexts. The programme supports the development of practical judgement, analytical skills, and effective stakeholder engagement for modern project environments.
