Kickstart your career in the hospitality and tourism industry with the New Zealand Diploma in Hospitality Management (Level 5). Learn how to manage all areas of a hospitality business, including facilities, inventory, operations and staff management.This diploma will equip you for supervisory and team leader roles, or junior/trainee management positions within a range of hospitality sectors such as kitchens, restaurants, bars, cafés, accommodation, catering or hotels.You will learn hospitality operating procedures and compliance requirements, staffing strategies, and facility and inventory management using a blend of theoretical and practical learning.
