Liquor Licence Controller Qualification
Course details
About the course
This programme provides theory based units. It is designed to assess the knowledge of people studying in this area who are responsible for liquor sales and service in the hospitality industry, and also for those requiring the knowledge and implications of the terms and conditions of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. It also helps people to be able to demonstrate knowledge of alcohol and intoxication, and the responsibilities and requirements for alcohol service in a licensed commercial environment.
