About the course

Gain unique abilities, skills and knowledge to be highly competitive in the world of organisational psychology through a combination of research and taught courses. You’ll focus on applying the principles of individual, group and organisational behaviour to the solution of problems at work.

MOrgPsych graduates are well-prepared for work in industry, consulting and government – and for progressing to a PhD.

Entry requirements

A student must achieve a Grade Point Average of 5.0 or higher in the first 60 points of taught courses prior to enrolment in PSYCH 794.

A student admitted to this programme must complete the University of Auckland Academic Integrity Course as specified in the Enrolment and Programme Regulations, Academic Integrity, of the University Calendar.

Please note: This degree is not accredited for registration as a Psychologist, and eligibility into further study in an accredited programme should be discussed with the relevant university.
