About the course
The Postgraduate Certificate in Regional Development is a 60-point programme that offers graduates a standalone qualification in regional development, but also provides pathways to further study. Hosted by the Faculty of Arts and Education, the PGCertRegDev will provide students with an opportunity to critically engage with bodies of scholarly knowledge and underlying principles of regional development. It will provide those looking to enter the field of regional and iwi policy in Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally, with the latest academic and policy expertise. Courses passed for the postgraduate certificate can be reassigned to the 180-point MRegDev provided you meet the minimum GPA entry requirement and the postgraduate certificate has not been awarded.
