Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatrics PGDipPaed
NZQF Level 8

About the course

Our Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatrics (PGDipPaed) is a professional qualification for doctors and nurse practitioners.

The programme will equip you with the latest evidence-based paediatric knowledge for application in clinical settings. In particular you will develop the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required in addressing common and urgent clinical presentations in paediatrics.

The PGDipPaed will help you to draw on disciplinary knowledge to improve your current practices. You will consider ways in which you can make paediatric health more equitable for Māori and Pacific communities. You will work in an interdisciplinary setting with other health professionals.
