Grow Your Leadership: Practical Skills for New Leaders

About the course

Effective leadership is a primary driver of growth, development and innovation. Few businesses or organisations can evolve and grow without it. Effective leaders execute an organisation’s vision, set tone and culture and build morale. They are decisive, accountable and communicate effectively.

This workshop will help you to inspire and motivate those around you to co-operate and work together towards common goals for the betterment of the organisation. It can be adapted and delivered specifically for your team at our campus or at your workplace. There is no extra fee, however a minimum of six participants is required.
