About the course

Doctor of Musical Arts graduates will have the ability to compose or perform musical works at the highest professional level. Graduates will be performers or composers of an international standard, equipped with a thorough knowledge of artistic practice in their discipline, intellectual independent thinking and expertise in current research methodologies in their field.

Entry requirements

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Music with first or second class honours, or more usually a Master's degree in Muisc with distinction or merit or equivalent and a successful audition.
