About the course
Gain the skills and knowledge needed to establish and operate a successful small business.
This qualification, studied online, will equip you with the knowledge needed to establish a small business. It covers identifying relevant business opportunities; assessing the feasibility, viability and requirements of a small business; how to produce a plan for establishing a small business, and how to evaluate technology options to effectively operate a small business. You'll also learn about legislation relating to small businesses, and gain communication and people skills for building effective relationships with stakeholders.
