About the course

This fully online programme is available both full and part-time. It will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to effectively create and design user-centred content. These are in high demand across industries and in all areas of professional life.

You'll learn about:

You’ll also gain skills in:

These ‘meta skills’ are highly adaptable and will enable you to carry out a wide range of tasks in diverse roles.

Please note: $780 is the 2021 fee per 15-credit course. You can choose to study between one and four courses a semester. As a rule of thumb, one 15-credit course is about eight hours of study per week.

Opportunities for graduates of this qualification include technical writer or communicator, information designer, web content editor/publisher, business analyst, documentation writer/expert.
