About the course
In this graduate diploma you’ll develop an understanding of human resource management practices and processes and their impacts on organisational effectiveness. You’ll also learn how to apply human resource management principles, tools and concepts in the workplace, to help staff and businesses meet their objectives.
Areas of study will include employment relations, organisational behaviour, human resource management, contemporary issues in human resource management and health, safety and wellbeing leadership. Additionally, you’ll channel the knowledge and skills you acquire into a practical industry project for a local business or organisation, in which you’ll address business issues or advance business opportunities. In the process, you’ll strengthen your understanding of human resource management.
Part-time up to four years.
