Training and Assessing Adults in the Workplace

About the course

If you need to be able to assess others against NZQA unit standards in your workplace this is the course for you.

This short course will cover:

Unit Standard 4098 Use standards to assess candidate performance

Unit Standard 7108 Deliver on-job training for adult trainees

On successful completion of the course you will be able to:

  • Develop a plan to meet training requirements
  • Deliver training according to a plan
  • Review on the job training to meet stakeholder needs
  • Prepare trainers and trainees for assessment
  • Conduct assessment in the workplace
  • Complete assessment administration to meet organisational quality standards
  • Review assessment practice

This short course requires attendance at a one day short course, 9.30 am - 4pm and the completion of a workplace based trainer report.
