About the course
Acquire the skills to help learners prepare for assessments and to conduct assessments in the workplace.
Delivered as a one-day workshop, this course (and the accompanying assignment materials that you take back to your workplace to complete) will enable you to assess candidate performance and prepare candidates for assessment. You'll gain skills in preparing assessment materials, planning and conducting assessments, verifying evidence and completing assessment administration (Unit standard 4098 and 11281).
To undertake this course, you'll need to be working with learners who are completing assessments which you can use for your assignment work. You'll also need an observer in your workplace with expertise and experience in assessment to verify your assignment work
